We are conducting a survey on PALM workers’ experiences at work in Australia. We will use the survey results to drive better protections and support services for Pasifika workers who experience problems at work.

The survey is voluntary, anonymous and confidential.  We will not ask participants for their name or any other contact information or information about their identity.

This survey has no connection with the government. No one from the Australian government, workers’ home country, the union, or anyone else will have access to any participant’s responses to the survey. 

The survey can be completed online and takes approximately 15 minutes. Unfortunately the survey is not available on paper.

The survey is open to anyone who is currently in Australia and has worked on the PALM scheme, Seasonal Worker Program or Pacific Labour Scheme in 2022, 2023 or 2024.

Why should you do the survey?

By participating, you’ll help us uncover the realities of PALM workers’ conditions and drive real change. The findings will help us to improve workplace rights and push for stronger protections and more effective support services. With a large response, we can ensure that the voices of all communities of PALM workers are heard.
